Lao-Tzu

“The master of the art of living makes little distinction between his work and his play, his labor and his leisure, his mind and his body, his education and his recreation, his love and his religion. He simply pursues his vision of excellence in whatever he does, leaving others to decide whether he is working or playing. To him, he is always doing both.”

Way to go. It is time to go when you find you don’t really care for it anymore. Maybe it is boredom, maybe it is being deluded, maybe it is fatigue, maybe it isn’t moving where you wanted it to move, maybe it is time, maybe you have grown, or changed, or moved on. Maybe life goes on, differently.

Have fun, do it. You know someone is enjoying something when they’ll do it without being prodded to, without being forced to or asked to, when they’ll rather do it than other things. But conversely, if it is a chore or a lower priority, then I guess you also realise that it Is Really Lower Priority.
