My heart goes out to the passengers on the Asiana Flight that crash landed at SFO. It must be such a harrowing experience. To fly 10 hours from Incheon to San Francisco only to crash at the last 10 metres… I’ve flown that exact same leg before, landing on that runway by the edge of the sea. I was pretty astounded at the odd layout of the runways.
One battered plane lying there, half wrecked, in so many pieces. I wonder what the pilots are feeling or thinking now.
I choose a seat further front this time. Just in case. =p
It is quite a woah feeling to feel the aircraft pulling up, wondering how incredible that the tail doesn’t touch the ground, remembering that the end is tapered for a reason. Ah.
